2012-Present: Chief Marketing Officer at Conversion Pipeline

Conversion Pipeline is a full service digital agency. I manage the marketing operation to serve ~70 SEO clients, ~90 advertising clients, and provide hands-on marketing strategy for premier clients.

2024-Present: Managing Partner at White Label Agency

Negotiated and closed the acquisition of White Label Agency by Conversion Pipeline. Managed post-acquisition integration and redefined all service offerings.

2009-2012: Owner, Search First Internet Marketing

Boutique digital marketing firm created from the ground up. Closed 25 boutique marketing clients in first year, clients included Newell Rubbermaid Telemedicine Division, Blackboard.com, Precise Biometrics, Estetique, and five (5) state/local political candidates.

2005-2009: Senior Manager, SEO Sales Operations for Network Solutions

120% increase in affiliate program revenue from 2005-2006 by re-platforming; developed and managed SEO sales programs generating over $12 million in new service revenue.

2005-Present: Vice President / Owner Spartaworks, Inc.

Advisory role only since 2009.  Directed the opening of the wellness therapy location in 2005.  Built business from the ground up, including securing retail space, build out, equipment purchases, hiring staff, and developing services and service guidelines. The business continues to thrive.

2002-2005: Regional Manager, Iron Mountain Off-Site Data Protection

Oversaw the account management, revenue, and customer satisfaction of all Washington DC clients, which included the US Senate, House of Representatives and the Federal Reserve.  Developed and managed disaster recovery planning for client data and IT infrastructure.

1997-2000: Channel Marketing Manager, PSINet, Inc.

Managed all operational aspects of the Value Added Reseller (VAR) Program.  Corporate point of contact for Regional Channel Managers across the country for all matters related to the program.  Managed creation of program collateral and distribution, contests, and partner commission schedule and payout.
